If you order before 4.30 pm, you will receive your order the next working day. In case of emergency, we are also available outside office hours.

Delivery of your products
If you order before 16:30 you will receive your order the next working day. You must be present to receive the order.
Our shipments are fully conditioned, which means we meet all the quality requirements prescribed by the European GDP-guideline on the storage and transport of (veterinary) medicines to further guarantee the quality of our products. We charge a contribution for this in the form of shipping costs of € 6.95 excl. VAT per order.
